We want you to be truly happy with your product, however, if something is not right, please get in touch within 30 days of your purchase. Regretfully, after this time we are unable to proceed with any returns or refunds.

If you are returning your purchase, you must return it within 7 days, beginning on the day which you made contact.  

 

For items that are returned due to an error made by the customer, you will be liable for the full shipping cost. Returns postage is at your own risk and cost. If you are to return an order, it is advised that you: Return your items via a tracked delivery, provide your name and and contact number with your returned item, photographic evidence is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned damage during its return journey that have been tampered with/opened will not be refunded. All items must be returned in pristine condition to qualify for a full refund.

Your refund will be processed once it has been delivered back to the stated address within 7 working days and all checks of items have been made. Refunds can take up to one week [business hours] to show in your account. We will refund you by the same payment method used to make the original order. If you have not received your refund after the stated time, please email direct and we will be happy to assist you.
